Excellent location, superb breakfast, great friendly staff.
The hotel's location was excellent, staff where friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with excellent choices available, overall very good !
The first day there was some noise from construction work, but this only lasted for the day and we were offered to be moved.

Great hotel and very accomodating
This was a last-minute stay due to a mess up with booking.com. But as a last-minute arrival in the early hours of the morning, the staff couldn't have been any more accommodating. They were very efficient to get us booked in and settled after a long journey. The rooms were great, very pleasant, clean and modern. Situated in the heart of old town Barcelona, it is within easy reach of most amenities and centres. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a lovely stay.
Whilst the location is really great for convenience, it is quite a busy part of the town. There was a lot of activity and noise going on outside in the streets that lasted until the early hours of the morning. Nothing really the hotel could do to be honest, but it's worth bearing in mind if you are a light sleeper or this type of noise bothers you in the evenings.

pleasant
great staff. perfect location everything is within walking distance of few minutes. variety of option for restaurants near the hotel and the area is very lively even after midnight. also very safe.
because of the location of the hotel on a noisy street you can hear noises all night. but that did not bother us. bring earplugs or ask for a different room.

We really enjoyed staying here and had no complaints. By contrast we stayed a night nearer La Rambla and found it noisy
I was travelling alone with my young daughter. The hotel felt safe and secure and the reception staff were friendly and professional.
I had thought there was a roof terrace. Balcony a bit pointless as the street it is on is narrow and not particularly attractive.
